Help Wanted: Auto Sales
Reichert Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac – Woodstock is looking to hire a sharp individual to fill an immediate opening in our sales staff. Previous dealership experience is a plus, however we will train the right person. Most importantly, we are looking for the right fit. We need someone who is honest, hard working, and looking to join a team of like-minded individuals. Spanish speaking a huge plus but not required. - Responsibilities
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
- Work with New Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
- Requirements
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
- Familiarity with automotive financing
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
